Manage appraisal orders, follow-up and any revision requests. Greet clients in the lobby and over the phone.
Work with partners in real estate to assist buyers in finding financing options through the mortgage process from Priority Qualification to closing.
Work in a team alongside a seasoned Mortgage Banker in the mortgage process from start to finish.

Review loan files to determine completeness regarding appraisals’, assess credit, income and other factors to ensure file is correctly prepared for submission to the Underwriter.
Review mortgage loan files to determine borrower eligibility by reviewing collateral and ensuring all required items are in the file in order to meet secondary market purchasing factors.
Prepare documents for closing and coordinate with the funding department for disbursement of funds.
Prepare closing disclosures prior to closing by detailing costs associated with the loan and cash to/from the borrower.
Design and direct marketing initiatives working alongside Team Members to accomplish Branch and Team goals.
